"Where their worm dieth not and the fire is not quenched" (Mk 9:44).A Korean Christian lady once had a vision. In it she saw herself being taken to hell for a visit. As she stood looking into hell, to her great shock, she saw her own mother burning there. The mother saw her daughter standing afar off, and in a pathetic voice, started begging her to do something to bring her out of the hell-fire or to at least relieve her a little of the heat of the blazing fire. The daughter started weeping; she knew very well that no person in hell can be brought out at any time for any reason.
The vision really shook up the Christian lady. She decided she would do all she could, by the grace of God, to win sould to Christ and save them from the terrible suffering her mother was going through. She led to salvation first her own husband, and then her children and many others.
Do you have a compassion for perishing souls? Do you realize that damned souls are going to suffer indescribable hell-fire all through eternity? May every born-again Christian be a devoted missionary to save the perishing millions.
