YOU NEED FELLOWSHIP...!

"The Lord God said, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him" (Gen 2:18).

The first thing that God pronounced as being 'NOT GOOD' was, man being alone. This is the message of God even today - it's NOT GOOD to live without fellowship. Yes, many born-again children of God are ignorant of this great truth, and avoid worship and fellowship. "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is" (Heb 10:25). In the first century, thank God, it was 'the manner of some', but in this last century it is the manner of many.

"I will make him an help meet for him." If God has created you, given you the born-again experience, God will make you a help meet for you i.e. God will arrange for you a fellowship that is suitable for you. You shouldn't choose as you please. "My help cometh from the Lord" (Psa 121:2).

Adam is a type of Christ and the help-mate, of the Bride of Christ. What an encouragement it is to know that our God Himself will make a Bride that is perfectly suited to Him! This work is done in the garden of God (Church).

Let us always live in the fellowship of the saints, as it is there that we can become the Bride of Christ.
