Let's Talk About JESUS...! EASTER MESSAGE @ HEADQUARTERS - Chief Pastor Pas.Wilson Joseph

Though i was in a fix over which of the three churches to attend, dressed up and raring to go, my steering wheel rolled itself to the Headquarters. Little did i realise that it was our Chief Pastor's day. Praise God...!

Pastor Wilson Joseph shared the WORD OF GOD on PEACE of GOD.

John 20 v 21 says, JESUS met His disciples after the resurrection and said unto them, 'Peace be unto you.'

The whole life and message of Jesus Christ centered around PEACE.

CHRIST was born in Bethlehem, which also means the House of Bread. If we need PEACE, we must go to Bethlehem, the House of Bread.

Bread speaks of the Word of God. So those who read, meditate and follow the Word of God have great PEACE. "Great PEACE have they that love Thy Law," says King David in Ps.119:165

When JESUS was born, there was PEACE.
During His ministry, He said unto the people, PEACE be unto you.
Unto the sinners and sick He said, "Go in PEACE."
Even in His death there was perfect PEACE. That's why He was able to tell the thief "thou shalt be with me in Paradise."

PEACE is a great weapon that JESUS Has given us.

The GOD OF PEACE raised up JESUS.

When we have the PEACE OF GOD, we'll be able to give it to others too.
But
When we dont have the PEACE OF GOD, we'll be destroying the PEACE in others' lives too
.

One important quality to preserve peace is to trust in GOD.

Let's keep OUR PEACE JESUS before us. If we lose sight of Him, we'll lose the PEACE OF GOD.

In John 20.15, we find a woman seeking for JESUS in the GARDEN. He was speaking to her, but she couldnt recognise Him. She mistook Him for the gardener.

This lovli Garden represents the Church of GOD. In the Church of God, you'll hear the Voice of GOD.

We read also about two more men who were talking about JESUS. As they were walking and talking on their way to EMMAUS, JESUS came into their midst.

How much do we talk about JESUS in our lives? in our family? When you come to CHURCH you must talk about JESUS.

When you have such a desire to talk about JESUS, He'll join you in the conversation.

He not only joined them, but also explained to them about happenings in the Scriptures. (v.27)

When you've such a desire to talk about JESUS, He'll join you and become your BIBLE TEACHER, and you'll be able to enjoy His presence in your life.

Emmaus means 'despised' or 'nothing.'

Yes dear brethren, for His sake, when we come to nothing and are despised, JESUS comes to us.
As the two men began to hear the explication of the Scriptures, the Spirit groaned within them as they were extremely happy, but they didnt realise that it was JESUS. They thought he was just another stranger.

YES, if we dont understand JESUS fully, we cant understand the fullness of His joy.

When JESUS expressed His intention to leave them, they said, "Abide with us, because it's evening."

Darkness means trials and difficulties. They knew they cant be alone without JESUS.

So JESUS went with them according to their request. Unless we request Him to abide with us, He wont stay with us.

Then, they shared the food. JESUS took the BREAD and BlESSED it. As He was blessing the BREAD, their eyes were opened. They realised to their astonishment that it was JESUS.

When we request Him to ABIDE WITH US, HE'll come and abide with us, and HE'll bless our bread. As the Word of God says, "He'll bless your bread and water and remove all sickness."

As the blessings of GOD start pouring in your life, you'll then realise that it's JESUS working for you. Amen.

Later, in Luke 24.50 we find, JESUS led His disciples as far as Bethany and lifted up His Hands and blessed them.

If you want to receive His blessings, you should go with Him till Bethany. If you leave halfway, you wont receive His Blessings.

In Acts 1. v 12, we find JESUS, went up to the Mount of Olive. Olive shows anointing. The angels also gave them a message.

When we are filled with the Anointing, we'll have a vision concerning the coming of the Lord.

Mat.28.v 16, JESUS exhorts His disciples to come to Galilee. Galilee represents HOPE. We must be filled with HOPE. We are saved by HOPE.

When the disciples had this vision, they were able to press forward till the end of their life. JESUS is giving us the same vision even today.

If you've not come to the GARDEN, Jesus is calling you now.

If you've not come to Emmaus, Jesus is calling you right now.'

If you've not come to Bethany, Jesus welcomes you now.

Let's come to GALILEE and renew our HOPE concerning HIS coming.

Let's come to Mt Olive and renew our ANOINTING.

May the Lord BLESS us. AMEN....!

ARE YOU DISCOURAGED?

Discouragement is faint-heartedness, a state in which we lose all hope. We lose confidence in God - God has'nt answered my prayer. I've been praying for so long. It's no use! Maybe He doesn't love me. "We lose confidence in ourselves too - I'm a failure. Everything I try to do is a failure. I have no success in my job. In my future also everuthing is going to go wrong." You also lose confidence in others - I dont think anybody can help me.Nobody understands me."

Discouragement makes you hit rock bottom. Spiritually, and sometimes physically also, you become weak. You become a burden to others and the devil makes you feel even more discouraged.

Child of God, today the Word of God is coming to you.

The Lord has not planned failure for you but a grand success.

"I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" JER 29:11

GOOD FRIDAY Service at Chembakkam Faithhome... Bro.Gnanasekaran

Brother Gunasekaran spoke on the sufferings of CHRIST which, he said can be divided into FOUR PARTS:

FIRST, His suffering in Gethsamane:

In order to fulfill GOD's will in His life, CHRIST had to suffer alone at the Garden of Gethsamane. Similarly, even in our life, sometimes we have to suffer alone for God's will to be perfected in our lives. "Let people mock at me, jibe at me, or even ridicule me, but i am sure that these are needed for me to get the blessings of my God.. This should be our attitude towards suffering," he said.

SECOND, The suffering that HE endured in HIS Mind:

Pilate reproached Him, and likewise the soldiers and the Jews and the wayfarers too despised Him. Even we may be going through these paths. But dont worry. These are the will of God for you. It is already written about us in the Volume of the Books. "Not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake."

THIRD,The suffering that HE endured in HIS Body:

You must yield your body for suffering. It is easy for us to stand for Divine Healing and boast about it. Only when real trials come, we can see where we stand. He quoted the example of a believer who stood firm for the gospel for fifteen long years in Divine Healing, but when a small wound came in his leg, he waited for three long days in Divine Healing, but after that he went to the doc, saying "i cant bear to see my leg being amputated."

FOURTH, The suffering that He endured in HIS Spirit:

How many of us yield ourselves to failure. Everyone of us would like to win by some means or the other. None among us would like to be termed a failure. But tat's not so. We must allow men to count us as failures. Cos,
"the failure that we face before men is the Victory that we receive in the Lord. We may be judged unrighteously by all and sundry, but yet, we should yield ourselves to that. Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego yielded themselves to the fiery furnace. People might have ridiculed them, scorned them etc. But still, they submitterd themselves to failure. But did God leave them at that? No... Only in our failure will the Lord redeem us and give us VICTORY...! AMEN."

He ended the WORD OF GOD with the lovli Malayalam hymn, "En Deivame, Nin ishtam cheikuvan...Ende ishtam onnum venna Priyane.. Ninde ishtam ennil purnamakkane..."

YES LORD, LET THY WILL ALONE BE DONE IN MY LIFE... AMEN..!
